go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
Just stick to the regime that was working for you before. YOu are bound to get the odd glich along the way, but giving up is not the answer ! Good luck.

That is a very unrealistic goal. you need a good diet of 5 to 6 small meals a day every 2.5 to 3 hours, meals need to have protein from lean sources like eggs, chicken breast, lean beef and tuna. and eat veggies with every meal. Only have some slow digesting carbs at breakfast and before and after working out. Also keep your calories about 130 below your daily requirements. Do strength training as this adds muscle with in turn burns fat. Do one 18 minute cardio in the morning and another 18 minute cardio later in the day.
Well that sounds like a very motivating goal...I am not sure if this is helpful or not.... but, I ve been using this for a while now, its called Isowhey complete by a company called bioceuticals... They got shakes in different flavors like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry, you can replace them with one or two meals a day... i think that should do the trick for ya... Totally did it for me... You can jog or run every day for about 30 min only (30 min is enough for each day) And SQUATS, squats works for Thighs, hip area and butt. It tightens your thighs, make them leaner and round. Shape up your butt, make it tight and lift the butt cheeks. Doing about 100 squats EVERY OTHER DAY is good. Make 4 sets of 25. Do 25 reps first then rest for 2 min, do more 25 reps then wait for 2 min and so on. In just 2 weeks you will see difference in your thighs. for good results give this exercise 3 months. You should do this every other day, NOT EVERY DAY.
I know exactly what you re going through. I have a wash board stomach practically. And while I appreciate this, I despise and loathe my huge thighs. I have been dieting all summer, and the weight only seems to be going from my stomach, I can see my rib cage! However, most people would tell you to stick to a healthy diet and exercise, and the weight should be lost evenly over your entire body. ...Maybe an exercise like cycling? If you want to lose weight, the key is to burn more calories than you take in. to do that, exercise and a healthy diet are the things you need to do. For a healthy diet, you should be eating 6 meals a day. A breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a dessert. When you have 6 meals a day it keeps your metabolism up and is actually healthier to eat more. But, the meals should be mostly healthy but for dessert give yourself a nice treat. For exercise, you need to make sure you don��t overdue it. A good exercise I enjoy doing is Pilates for weight lose. You can buy that DVD at target. It works great. also, you can run, power walk, do crunches, sit-ups, a sport, swim, an exercise ball and just having your heart pumping and making u sweat is when u no the workout is working. Keep doing this and you will see results. Also, if you want to build muscle lift weights.
