Whats an easy way to lose weight fast.? -

i need to lose weight before soccer season starts.

There s NO easy way, I will tell you that much! I would say this, though: aerobic exercise of any kind will be the quickest way to burn fat. I don t diet as a rule...I only exercise, and when I keep to my regimen, I lose weight like crazy. HOWEVER...if you REALLY want to boost the weight loss, eat a higher-protein diet and cut the carbs ALONG WITH an exercise routine. If you need the carbs to get through your workouts, just make sure you are burning them ALL while you work out. I love bicycling...it is one of the BEST ways to lose weight fast. And it s so much more fun than running or weightlifting (in my opinion, that is!)

I checked out alot of sites and only found that i have to pay by credit card or paypal which i dont have.Is there any websites that have info on how to lose weight fast without having to pay.I weigh 95 kg which is 205lbs.I want to get to 71 kg.Any sites i can access or advice ?Please help.............Thanks

You don t need a credit card to lose weight. Most of those places are just trying to rip you off anyway. There are lots of things you can do at home. Walk at least 30 minutes every day. Stop eating so much--cut your caloric intake by 500 calories a day.

Resistance training is the gift that keeps on giving! Although, keep in mind that muscle mass weighs more than fat (don t be surprised if you gain weight but look slimmer).

How can i lose weight fast? -

I need to lose weight fast. Im going on vaca soon and i have been steadly losing weight but i lost 10 pounds (average 2 pounds a week) and was happy at the progress. However in the last 2 weeks I have not lost anything. I eat the same and exercise the same as in weeks that i lost. Please help with any ideas. I will not use pills or and crazy diet i want to be healthy as i lose the weight.Thanks

That is a very unrealistic goal. you need a good diet of 5 to 6 small meals a day every 2.5 to 3 hours, meals need to have protein from lean sources like eggs, chicken breast, lean beef and tuna. and eat veggies with every meal.
