How can i lose Weight fast and still be heatly i am 14 years old? -

Well first off if you get hungry don t go to the pantry and grab your favorite snack cake like a Star Crunch, eat something healthy. Lean meat sandwich, raw fruit and veggies, anything that YOU think isn t good probably isn t good for you.Exercise, don t sit around on the computer all morning and through the day. If you are bored go for a jog, ride your bike, or play basketball. When at school don t grab the pizza or cheeseburger. Either take the veggie turkey burger or better yet bring your own packed lunch! I am a 13 year old and i was thinking about loosing weight. If you guys have any suggestions on what i should do, please tell me. I cant run because i ahve school and a lot of other things to do.

1 NO SODA.Coming from someone who s lost 40 pounds on my own in about 6-7 months. Its a lifestyling choice you gotta fill your body with food that is good for you. Try before you eat something, think about how it is going to benefit your body. I just ate a ton of fruit and veggies every 3 hours and at lunch i had a salad with some tuna on it, i mixed the tuna with like 1 tablespoon of light mayo. Or grab some protein bars like cliff bars or slimfast bars or odwalla bars for a lunch. You definetly want to stay away from fatty breads and things like that. But please dont use diet pills. Eat tons of fruits and veggies and a wholesome diet. Also i bought the slimfast bars (chocolate flavor isn t gross) and occasionally had those for lunch. You can do fish or chicken (with nothing on them no seasoning or anything) and basically thats all it takes. You have to keep up with it though. Its a LIFESTYLE, *thats key*, get rid of the sweets, junk food. Also talk to your parents see if they can help you to purchase healthy foods and maybe you can make a healthy liefstyle change as a family.Also please make sure you need to loose weight alot of people your age are seeing the actors on tv and trying to look like that, when in reality its not possible. Make sure that you actually are at a risk of an unhealthy lifestyle and need to loose weight before you start any type of lifestyle change.The key is hard work, lots of excersize and a healthy diet. Are you sure you are overweight? Have your parents take you to a doctor and talk to the doc about your weight concerns or talk to your school s nurse or counselor. There is not a SAFE way to lose weight FAST, especially when you are still developing and growing dealing with hormones kicking in - you could do more long-term damage than good.

If you drink soda stop drinking it...stay away from candy. If you eat bread make sure that it is wheat. Any milk products that you consume including cheese should be 2% or non fat but never whole.Stop eating red meats...no hot dogs no hamburgers no steaks...replace it with turkey burgers and eat plenty of fish...fish is really good for you.You need to work out...you need to find time for it, maybe not running, but get your parents to buy you a work out video, maybe a 30 minute one or look online for work outs you can do.

ok cut off of all fatty food and stop drinking soda. also go to the gym daily it will help i mean im not even overweight and i have lost weight from it. also eating healthy food isn t hard you actually get into the Habit of eating it.

How can i lose weight fast. im in desperate need, please help me!? -

I want to lose like ooh..sayy 6 lbs a week.maybe 4 but that s as low as i m going. as many as i can lose ina week is the best.i ve gained about 30 lbs back in recovery. and if i lose the weiht really super quick then maybe my parents wont notice, as if i lost if gradually over a month or so. i can just say i haven tlose any weight and i ve stayed constant.so how many calories a day would i need to consume to lose 5 lbs a week. and how much would i need to excercise?and...anything else i d need to know.im in desperate need.i ll do anything!

drink LOTS of water and LOTS of fruits to fill you up and replace meals. same goes with all things zero-calorie. propel fitness water tastes great, makes you want to keep drinking more, and helps you run the two miles you should be running every day. dont think salads will help-- fattening cheese and ranch tends to be added. progressive soup cans have 100 cals each and fill you up easily. keep doing that, and i guarentee weight loss. you can eat, get full, and be skinny.

alright heres what you do make a schedule for yourself that what your going to do on your diet, for example you can run a mile in your neighborhood and then come back from there and have some fruit or veggies no need to freak out or anything stay relaxed. and you can also do some playing such as video games but just play for like an hour and then go outside these are all.

If you love to eat as much as I do and hate not being aloud to eat whatever the heck you want then exercise is for you. I know it sucks but so is portion control. Ive lost 105 Pd s just working out. My appetite naturally decreased as the weight fell off. I did what is called circuit training. It has a machine then cardio, machine, cardio. And you just go around once at first. If your not sweating and working hard, then its not gonna work. You need to put forth effort. 3 times a week for 25 to 30 minutes. Good luck honey. I hope you achieve exactly what you want.

Losing 6 lbs a week is borderline unhealthy. I wouldn t put my health at risk just so my parents don t find out ive gained weight. That being said, to lose a steady amount of weight in a healthy manner, consume about 1500 calories in a day but make sure you get enough nutrients with veggies and fruits and proteins from nuts, seeds, fish, chicken. Then you want to do at least an hour of cardio a day ONLY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO. If you are not ready for that, try a half hour or hour every other day and work your way up. Don t overdo it. By overdoing it you can permanently damage your muscles and connective tissue, which is not a good idea.

I don t know much about counting calories, but this is a diet that helped my sister loose 8 pounds in 10 days:1. Only fruit before noon2. No Protein and starch at the same time (They use different digestive processes, so when you only eat one at a time, your body can focus on fully digeting either the protein or the starch)3. No soda (I know this is the hardest one, but it makes a big difference.)4. Lots of vegetables.Good luck!
