Tell me how to lose weight the right way!? -

I want to lose 5-10 pounds in 6 weeks. I eat chocolate chip pancakes cereal a smoothie or an apple for breakfast.For lunch i have a really greasy piece of pizza.And i usually snack alot after school and its usually cookies chips pizza JUNK FOOD.Then i eat whatever my mom makes then i usually snack later.Tell me how i can eat healthier..im consuming way to much junk food.Also how much exersize should i be doing im currently not doing any and its the middle of winter which is why ive become lazy.I already way 113 but im really short and i have some probelm areas..the space between my legs...my butt...and just below the waist...Tell me what to do.

How old are you....don t worry too much about dieting. Eat a lot more fruits and vegatables, a little less candy and junk food and EXERCISE. Even just a little bit, your young and your body will react well to activity. Problem areas like between the legs and butt will not get better from strict dieting or even exercising. Most of them are inhereted genetically and all you can do is weight train to try and improve the tone.All in all your 113lbs, concentrate less on losing actual pounds and instead try and live a healthier lifestyle. You will feel the change, not see it on the scale.

I think you already are aware of things you can do to improve your diet - eat less fat and salt, for example. Try to get more water - substitute it for other sugary drinks like soda. I struggle with being lazy too. Try taking some sort of indoor exercise - take a yoga or dance class, try DDR, or buy some videos to do at home. For your problem areas, cardio will burn the fat, and strength training will tone them up. For your lower abs, try lifting your hips during crunches. For your butt, try squats. For your thighs, try leg lifts. Yoga is really great too for toning all over. I would highly recommend taking a yoga class. You should be trying to get 30 minutes of cardio a day. You can break it down into smaller segments if you need to. Strength training should be done about 3 times a week, at least. Just eat healthier and move more, and that baggage should drop off in no time!Also, follow the link - it is a great (and free!) site that has helped me lose 25 pounds. i have lost heaps of weight on weight watchers you can eat all those foods in moderation, but also you can eat all that and just do some different exersizes im your room like sit ups star jumps and get a few cans of food from the kitchen and use them as weights increase with more cans as you get better with those .

One thing that helped me lose a lot of weight was cutting out all sodas (and similar drinks) - diet or not. I drank a lot of tea and water, but not many juices.But honestly, at only 128 lbs I don t think you need to lose 14-20lbs at all! (Ok, depending upon your body build, but for 5 7 you sound about right, weight wise, to me. Maybe just work on toning muscle?) Just my 2 cents...

HATE to break it to you, but there is no quick, simple, easy way to loose wait. Well, it s definately harder for sure. I m almost 50, and I know that your metabolism slows down alot.I ve lost 22 lbs in the last few months. I go to Curves for 30 minutes a day and then work out at home for 30 minutes with weights. I ve really had to watch what I eat, but I m eating alot healthier now, and I ve dropped 1 size, and will be down another size soon. So, it s not impossible, just a little harderGood luck

as my experience showed that the best workout is running. u burn calories like crazy by doing it.And I usually have for breakfast either cheerios(look on the label one serving size follow that) and milk is fat free or cottage cheese Fat free with some strawberries.On lunch I ate tuna sald without dressing and drank water. then when i got home I ate maybe rice or a fruit or other kind of salad.and i didn t eat after 6-7 pm drink only water and workout everyday and intake 1000-1200 calories per day

okay here s what i do. i am 15 5 3 and 98 lbs. all you have to do is this:okay everyday in the morning or whenever drink water for as long as you possibly can until you absolutely have to eat. when you do eat eat a cracker and if more eat somehting with a lot of fiber. if you eat more than 3 crackers take a the end of a tooth brush and make yourself throw up. then whenever you eat throw it up. that way you can still have the taste just not the weight!!!! in about 2 weeks you;ll start to see the changes!!!good luck hope this helps

I think you need to wake up, your in a dream world. You are not realistic and extremely lazy. You have not done any research at all and its the most foolish thing in the world to think that losing weight is easy and fast.Your goal is a joke. I am laughing. Lose 2 pounds in 3 days, HAHA.
