To loose weight correctly, and to keep it off requires a lifestyle change. While this sounds difficult, it is amazingly easy. I have been on a weight loss program since September and I have been finding it SO hard to keep myself motivated enough to stick to it. It s not that the program isn t enough food; its just that I constantly find myself in situations that I just let go and overeat in, without really thinking of other possible solutions. Weekends evenings, friend s houses, my boyfriend, etc. are common situations that I overeat in. I want to FINALLY gain control of my eating habbits because I am gaining more weight than I am losing at this point. Helpp!!??

Here s a few things you could do: Put a photo of someone like Peter Griffin on your fridge so every time you go to get something, you could look, and say, I don t want to Look like that! You could put a photo of something cute, like a top you want to wear but doesn t fit, in front of you kitchen door, so you see it, and say, Oh, I want to fit in that, so I will eat some carrots instead of Cheetos today. You could go shopping, and buy a cute top that doesn t fit but ALMOST does. It will get you motivated. Good luck!

ok stay calm. im going to give you some good tips.when you wake up drink some hot water (this will wake you up).eat some plain porridge.have a quick shower to wake you up (dont spend to long in the shower because hot water rappidly increases your blood pressure).get dressed. go into the bathroom and splash cold water on your face. then leave the house and run around the block.then go to school if you still go there.after school give youself 1 peice of chocolate (or some other thing you like.then go for another run but do two laps of the block.come home and have a propper shower and wash your hair and all that stuff.then for dinner eat a 2/3 cup of rice with some vegetables that you like. good luck!

Well, you need to quiken up ur matabalism. So u should eat little snacks throughout the day. and when you hang out with friends or boyrfriend just eat little portions. You dont have to stuff your face. Everyone is used to girls caring about weight and not eating a lot. So you can do it to. Just dont go annorexic or anything. OH and u can go full on out on food once in a while. Just not more than 3 times a week. and dont eat dessert before bed. THATS FATTENING

Not only will it help you detoxify your system and make you feel better when you are eating. But it will make your body digest things better. If you are invited to someone s house and they offer you bad food for your diet, just be honest withthem and tell them that you are on a diet and it d be nice to have some fruit or a rice cake. Youcan treat your self to things whilenot gaining weight, such as tea, ricecakes with honey, small amounts of good dark chocolate, raisins, and fruits and veggies. Something that I find to be absolutely delicious when i am craving something sweet, is just a large cup of chocolate soymilk. In situations with your friends, you might want to consider just bringing snacks from your house. Constantly telling yourself that you are full or not hungry is also good. Your brain picks up on it really well. Of course too much of that thinking and you could develop an eating disorder. Invite your friends to go work out with you instead of just hanging out. Drink lots and lots of water too!

Stop eating any kind food, just drink water for a week so that you can wash out all the extra fat in your body. I did that to my younger brother and it worked. He lost almost 99% of his weight.

You CAN lose weight quickly for not eating. BUT, it WON T LAST. Its also not healthy for you to do that. You can only cut down your water in the body, rather than the fats in your body. So, its not recommended. Perhaps you can try exercise and healthy food. I myself also need to find shortcuts to get my weight down. There is a book called Six Day Diet Makeover that worked for me. It was $3.95 on Amazon.They have a questionare that you take to find your type of metabolism and there are diets to follow for each type.They say you can lose a pound a day. I looked at the reviews on Amazon and was surprised to see that the people agreed. I lost 9 pounds in 10 days and lost 21 overall. It really did work and I did no exercise, just ate what they told me to and drank LOTS of water.

Cut out all simple carbs including white flours, white pasta, and of course desserts. Get rid of all sugar in diet. One really good natural sweetener that s good to use if you ever get a really bad craving for something sweet that will not make you gain weight that even diabetics can use is xylitol (My personal favorite because it has no aftertaste and tastes almost the same thing as sugar except better). You can buy this from the health food store but make sure the xylitol you buy is not taken from corn. Another good one is honey and Agave syrup. Agave syrup is from a cactus plant. There s also Stevia to use as a sweetener except this has a bad aftertaste :(. All these sweeteners are natural which is good for your health unlike Splenda or Sweet n Low which can over a long period of time, turn to formaldehyde in the brain (which can kill you). Always remember to only eat fruits and vegetables, nuts, grains, and natural healthy sweeteners. Do not eat too many dairy products either.
