If you are going to lose weight you dont always have to think about food. Do not eat to much junk food, and begin training. A very effective way is to run all you got in 4minuttes, get your breath for 4minuttes, then run all you can in 4minuttes again, breath for 4minuttes. Continue like this to you colapse
