Wanna loose weight???:))tips here? -

well ok if you really want to lose weight like most of us do and arent happy with what you look like heres the plan and trst me it works hey its easy sooo try it what can you loose huh?before breakfast 2 glasses of water then after 5 minutes eatbefore luch drink two glasses of water and after 5 minutes eat for dinner do the sameif youhave plans on eating snaks drink 1 glasss of water before you eat your snack alsothe purpose of the water is to fill you up so that when you eat you are already full and you eat less with out the calories Because water has zero calories and its not fattning soo thats what we are looking for to a healthy weight lossand guys i know this is supoosed to be for questions but i just really badly wanted to help you guysGOOD luck and you will see results soon and if you do please e-mail me i would love to see your results attach pics along if you would like :))) thanksby the way if you have any question e-mail me at kardasian_twin@yahoo.com

If you are going to lose weight you dont always have to think about food. Do not eat to much junk food, and begin training. A very effective way is to run all you got in 4minuttes, get your breath for 4minuttes, then run all you can in 4minuttes again, breath for 4minuttes. Continue like this to you colapse

omg thank you!I have heard of this before but have never tried itIm going to startBecause I know this is unhealthy but last year i was anorexicAnd i went down to only 92 pounds and i was 5 foot 3.And im naturally very wide so i looked HORRIBLE.But at the end of this year, I now weigh almost 140 and i HATE IT! i need a healthy way to stop eating so much and this is it! thanks
