I have to walk in a fashion show in 25 days, and it kinda snuck up on me. I ve put on a bit of weight, and I had intended to lose some before I gained anyhow. My ultimate intention is to lose half a pound a day, or 3.5 a week. However, I wouldn t sweat it if it was somewhere between 2-3 a week. I need to lose 10-13 lb. total.If I only eat white meat, raw veggies, yogurt, and go easy on the carbs, would that be enough food wise to aide the weight loss? If I go easy on the coffee and substitute with green tea and drink more water, maybe an occasional Gatorade, would that help, or does it not matter too much? Then if I hula hoop every other day (it s fun, and keeps my hour glass shape) for 30-45 min. and walk for... say 45-60 every day, would that be enough physical activity (excluding all the walking and lifting I do at my regular job) to boost the metabolism?Any advice for a quick and not-so-healthy weight loss? I won t maintain the odd diet, and intend to replace it with a healthier one once the show is done with, so don t tell me what a horrible thing it is I intend to do, I already know. And I m not going ana/mia, either.
one pound is about 3600 calories. eat 1500 calories a day and workout for an hour a day. also, if you take a sip of redline(energy drink) a day, it speeds up your metabolism. look up negative calorie foods(like asparagus) because it takes more energy to burn them then they take in. try nonfat cottage cheese and some fruit. drink lots of water, keeping hydrated is the key to losing weight. also, try sitting in a sauna, you loose lots of weight in sweat, but you still gotta drink lots of water cuz its good for you. there are also these body wrap things that are supposed to detoxify you and make you loose two inches or somethin
I think you have a very good plan to lose the weight but the hardest part might be an occasional hunger pain. This might not suit your plan, but when I feel very hungry I drink a can of soft-drink (it does not matter what type) which most times takes away the cravings. The can is like a mini snack because it has a lot of calories which I know is the wrong thing to do, but I feel its a better alternative than eating solid food.
