I do exercise but cant lose weight what can i do? -

i do so much exercise and i am fit when it comes to sport however i can lose weight i am 10 and a half stone and am 13. i tried eating less but never seemed to keep it up. i dont want to buy one of those weight loss programs of the internet so can someone help me please

Adding fiber to your diet should keep you satisfied and makes a good snack. Not to mention it will help your digestion and metabolism stay moving like it should. Make sure you drink lots of water also .Look for foods that contain at least 5 to 10 grams of fiber per serving.
