Eat a variety of healthy foods and cook differently You don��t have to stay away from chocolate forever but just eat them in moderation. Don��t overeat, because too much of a good thing can be bad; you may also want to eat of fruits and veggies as well a lean proteins and lean dairy. Something else you can change in the kitchen is to switch to olive oil and cook no fat or low fat alternatives of your meal. Instead of frying you may want to broil.3. Get more fiber in your dietFiber keeps the right amount of water in your intestines, making your digestive system work more efficiently and helping to keep you healthy. If you want to lose weight cut out the junk food and sugary cola drinks. Try to take some exercise even if it is only walking. Leave the car at home. Get off the bus one stop before your normal stop and walk the extra distance. Walk up the stairs at work instead of taking the lift. eat fivew small meals a day, drink 4 to six galles of water every day and get some kind of exercise everyday, just enough to burn some colories. Also get rid of extra salts, and sugars in your diet. stay away from sports drinks, you can drink pedia-light. and have no pastas - only wild rice for carbs.
dude it s actually more simple than you think.YOU NEED TO: eat healthier! (put down the soda, cookies, candy, junk food, fastfoods. Eat more veggies and fruit as much as you can. try not to eat pork or fried foods. eat yummmygrilled chicken or seafood is good too. once in a while its okay to have sweets right? but not TOO MUCH! eat it in moderation)exercise! forreal! (try to go to the gym if you can. if you can t try working out at home. Jog in place, do crunches and jumping jacks whenever you can. always stay moving no matter what you do. buy a yoga ball! get it and just use it to sit on and bounce. yoga balls help you burn calories by just sitting and bouncing on it man. thats what i do. you dont need to freak out and start working out like crazy. just do what you can you know?)and drink waterrr!! and greeen tea! if you follow my advice i promise you ll see results and feel way better.think healthy, be healthy :)
