The hardest thing is going to be keeping up the exercise, cutting back on food and most importantly: being your own biggest motivator! Healthy weight loss should be around 2-4 lbs a week, dont starve yourself, but make obvious good choices such as skip anything fried, covered in mayo, or sugar. Dont follow trend diets, no matter how promising they sound, they dont work and if they do, its only temporary. Go to your doctor and have him refer you to a nutritionist who might be able to help you come up with some good lesson plans and edicate you on better meal plans. Also, try and incorporate your husband into this process. Go for walks together around your neighborhood, the beach, a park, wherever. When you go out together for dinner, remind him to help you stick to your diet! No desserts, sodas (even diets!), or alcohol! You can do it! Remember that this process will take awhile, but you can do it. Buy something in the size you want to be and hang it in plain view, this will be a constant reminder to stick to it! Good luck!
Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It s really great to stop food cravings.Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
Okay babe, the first thing to do is to check out your local weight watchers, i know from the TV ads they don t look like much, but each weight watchers group is a local community within the community, a place to find support, and find information about how to satisfy hunger, without drowning it in food, Weight watchers will also make you aware of all the unhealthy eating you are doing to, most office workers dot realize it, but they consume almost 5000 calories a day in snacks, drinks, fast food breakfast and lunch, and then some times dinner. And its a sedentary job, so you don t burn calories like you would on working as say even a nurse who ran around and chased patient s needs. Weight Watchers is a great first step, they are supportive and helpful, i lost over 100lbs on it in a little over a year, then i gained it all back during a very very very depressing summer when i couldn t put down the food, but if i would have stayed with them, i would still be 185, anyway, whatever you do, when you get the weight off, don t instantly think that you can just start pigging down again, but by the same token, and this goes for any diet you are on, don t deprive yourself on the holidays, and special occasions, i don t mean the daily office birthday party, but when its your birth day, go ahead and eat half the cake yourself, you didn t put all that weight on by eating 5lbs of cake, you aren t going to undo all you worked for by eating it either, but if you are going to all out splurge one day, just be a little more conservative the next few, you dont have to go bite for bite, but just eat reasonalby and know what you are putting into your mouth.
Try weight watchers. It teaches you how to eat better but not diet. It is a lifestyle change. It worked great for me. Going to the meeting was really good motivation to cause I saw other people that really were loosing weight and I got to see my weight come off every week.
become more active. ten minutes of walking a day helps burn calories. take the stairs instead of the elevator. if you re close enough, walk to work. sometimes it helps to vary what you do. walk one day, ride a bike the next, do tae bo or yoga. do something fun. if you enjoy your exercise routine, you re more likely to stick to it. eat smaller portions. sometimes it helps if you eat 5 times a day instead of 3 (smaller portions obviously). include more fruits and vegetables in your diet, and try to cut out carbs. i m not saying do a total over haul of your diet and cut out everything you like. i m saying that you can have anything you want. just in smaller sizes. instead of a big piece of cake, have a sliver and some milk. instead of a bag of candy, have 2 pieces. and drink lots of water. sometimes we mistakenly think we are hungry when we are really thirsty. good luck. i hope this information helps!
