if you want to eat bread or carbs, eat pita or sahara bread, its lower cal. lean meat like turkey and chicken, not beef. skip for a mile, that ll help your legs, do crunches for good abs!

I am 14 adn looking to lose a little weight before school. I am not obese I m just looking for those abs and visible reduction of cellulite. I m also having a pool party and I want to look good in a bikini. Any good tips for healthy weight loss. Give real life advice and sources would be helpful. Thanks.
