Dont buy a product. Instead, totally stop eating all :bread / crackers / chipspasta / ricewhite potatoessugar/candy/cakes/pies/ ice cream thing like thatno fast food/ no fried foodif u do this drink alot of water add 20 min exercise (slow walking or aerobics, not hard though) 2 times a day, you will see fat start to melt off in a week.best to cut out corn too.
