What are some weight loss tips for teens? -

Nothing bad please.

Don t let peer pressure make you want to lose weight. As a teen the only reason I wanted to lose weight was because of other girls. Don t take diet pills at a young age, they are not good for anyone. Walk around your neighborhood 3 or 4 times a week, and don t eat junk food. If you do eat junk food a lot stop slowly. Start eating less and less of it. Most people eat junk food but limit their intake. That is the point of weight watchers. They eat what they want, but limit how much they eat. You have to exercise. There are no ways around it. I have tried.

just try to eat healthy and sta yactive its easier to looose weight as a teenager than it is for adult so so it now if you really want it to go away. the main thing to do is stay active!!
