Remember that the key to losing weight is burning more calories than you eat. So you can make some minor adjustments to your diet, and then just excercise. I don t remember the exact number, but I think you re supposed to get 20 minutes of continuous cardiovascular excercise 4 days a week..? Just try it for a while. If you really want to lose weight, you should stick with something for usually at least three weeks to see results. But talk with your doctor, and maybe you can get some advice. Just don t cut out food altogether to lose weight. It s bad for you and can seriously mess up your menstral cycle. Plus, after not eating for a while your body will seriously crave food. Then you ll be irratable and hungry, and a angry starving person is never fun to hang out with. Also, you ll come crashing down and totally overeat, than you ll feel crappy and the cycle will start again. So be careful, and I hope it works out for you!
I have been reading up on the acai berry myself. The acai berry s natural combination of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, phytosterols, and amino acids work together to assit your body and make it function better. Your body will process food more easily and burn fat more efficiently. The acai berry has around twenty times the antioxidants of red grapes. It is a wonderful protein, and has a large amount of dietary fiber. The fats contained in the acai berry are healthy omega fats. The acai berry is loaded with amino acids, which muscles need to function properly and benefit from exercise. These amino acids combined with fatty acids allow the body to burn fat more effectively and help tone your muscles.I have found the following informational site very informative - http://www.acai-health-diet.com.

1 Dietary control and exercise. Its true what they say - all you need to do is watch what you eat, and expend more energy than you consume. Its really that simple. You can quit reading this list now, you now know everything you need to know and didnt need to fork over $500 for the privilege of me telling you the secret of losing weight. You dont need to read a 4,000 page book, you dont have to buy a tape series, you dont need to stay up late at night to watch infomercials to understand this basic premise. Its 100% true.2 Change your lifestyle. If youre calling this a diet, then youre going to gain all the weight back (and more) within a few months of losing it. Diets do not work. Diets are temporary. When you change your dietary lifestyle, however, youre changing your habits - and youre putting yourself on track for long-term / continued success and weight maintenance. Dont ever tell anybody youre on a diet - ever. Im speaking from experience, here - a reformed low-carber. Worked out well for a while, but ultimately failed because my entire lifestyle didnt change (permanently).3 Join an online support group. In my case, I created my own - FatBlasters. Its essential that you not feel alone, and reaching out to friends (new or old) is typically a smart move. I just heard about PeetTrainer, but didnt know about it when I began down the road to weight loss. You have to know that others are out there for moral support - they know things that you couldnt possibly know, and theyve probably been in your shoes at some point in the past (or present). Share stories, laughter, tears, successes, and failures - share them. There are thousands of communities out there, so keep looking until you find the one that fits you.4 Take before and after photos. I know it sucks to see yourself as a chunky monkey (sorry, thats what I called myself - if only to get myself motivated to meet my weight loss goal). However, theres no easier way to illustrate your progress. The after photos are far more fun to capture and share, admittedly. Find yourself on Flickr! Its good to see yourself how others see you. Do you like how you look? In many ways, Flickr helped me lose weight.5 Hire a substitute teacher. Dont reach for the brands you know and love immediately - or without thinking first. Eggs are good for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless lower alternatives for you to try. If something different doesnt taste good, by all means - find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their normal counterparts - and they taste just as nice.6 Start reading labels. I know it sucks, but you have to do it - and theres no way to avoid this tip. If you dont know what youre putting in your mouth, youre flying blind. Dont assume, either - triple-check the ingredients list and serving sizes. You must rely on yourself for this; nobody else is going to be able to lose the weight or do the math for you. Its not that complicated a task, but it will require effort. If nothing else, just pay attention to the calorie count.7 Whats so funny about bovines? If you like cheese, you must buy the Laughing Cow brand, and keep several of the suckers in stock at all times. The individually-wrapped wedges make for excellent snacks, and are wonderful when melted over just about anything edible. Id be careful about straight-up American cheese, though - its oil, but not necessarily as good for you as (say) a slice of cheddar would be. I have yet to find something as calorie-light and filling as Laughing Cow (I dont know how they do it).8 Tell your family. Youre not going to lose the weight alone, even if you ARE alone in losing the weight. If youve got a family at home, talk to them about it - initially, not incessantly. Let them know what youre going to do, and that you want (and need) their support. If you dont let them know, youre running the risk of them inadvertently sabotaging your efforts. You want them to help you get to your goal(s). You want them to share in your happiness when youve made it past a certain mark. Who knows? Maybe some of your new habits will rub off on them and theyll become healthier people, too?
Well you really haven t got that much weight to lose. A stone is a realistic target.First of all. Set out to eat a healthy, balanced low fat diet. This should include:-Lean meats (no fat on), poultry (no skin on), fish - with scales on (none deep fried in batter or breadcrumbs), plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables (including potatoes) - making sure you keep all carbohydrates - plain and simple (no smothering them in butter, cream, etc, low fat dairy products, skimmed milk, eggs, sugar free beverages, and non sugary cereals.KEEP ALL JUNK FOODS, ready made processed meals, alcohol, alcohol, sugary fizzy drinks and takeaway meals to an absolute minimum. These are high in saturated fat and full of sugar. The two main ingredients which are responsible for those extra pounds.Junk food is just what it says - JUNK. With one added ingredient in - FAT.Try to include more wholefoods into your diet. Such as brown bread, brown rice, brown pasta, beans pulses. These are high in Fibre and will keep you feeling fuller for longer.Try to MOVE as MUCH as YOU CAN. EXERCISE will really help to accelerate any weight loss.. Especially, running, swimming, cycling, using a skipping rope, a trampoline, and climbing up stairs, along with walking. But one thing you have to remember. Is that once you have reached your target weight. If you go back to your old eating habits and activity levels. You will put the weight back on again. It is as simple as that.I struggled with my weight for many, many years. But just over 2 years ago I decided to change my eating habits and embarked on regular exercise, which was running. The two work perfectly together. The results were amazing. I managed to lose 48lbs in just over 6 months. I have since then been able to maintain my weight with ease.I continue to eat a balanced, low fat diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, along with regular exercise.I don t avoid any foods, just watch my portion sizes and limit the amount of certain foods. If, I do over-indulge, or have a big night out. I cut back the next day or do more exercise to balance things out. It works perfectly.Good Luck.
I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
