I did this diet and I lost 3-4 lbs. in a week. I am going to continue doing it so see how much more I can lose...I think it s great and I reccomend it but the only thing I find hard is eating the same stuff for breakfast and lunch and snacks...but then dinner is your choice so it gives you something to look forward to :). I have not tried the Special K diet, but it appears to be a high protein diet and those seem to work pretty well for me.
