Anybody have any good weight loss tips? -

I mean ones that really do work and you know this from experience, I have recently lost quite a bit of weight and its made me more keen to lose even more, so what helped you?

Look, it s up to u to try these plans or no... but here s my advice.. if u want to lose alot of weight fast u should do a strict diet.... since i don t know how much weight do u want to lose.. think about this :if u stick to these plans and switch between them every 2 or 3 weeks, i could say u would lose 40 to 60 pounds in 4 months... it s from my presonal experience... ( I M 5 7, WAS 220, NOW 160) :First option: low carb diet. (Atkins diet or so)Second option: 7 DAY DIET PLAN, (GM DIET):1st day: fruits except bananas2nd day: vegetables3rd day: fruits and vegetables4rth day: 6-8 Bananas and skimmed Milk5fth day: Beef (300 gm) and 6 Tomatoes (limited quantities)6th day: Beef and Vegetables (unlimited quantity)7nth day: Brown Rice( 1 cup), fruit juices, and vegetables!after 7 days u will lose 10-17 pounds. u can repeat it 2 or 3 times with taking 1 day rest after each 7 days.third option: 3-day diet:http://www.faddiet.com/3daydiet.htmlfourth option: cabbage soup diet:http://www.faddiet.com/cabsoupdietp.htmlDON T FORGET: drink at least 8 cups of water daily, and exercise.
