Healthy way to lose weight? -

I want to lose about 10 kgs, but i don t know what sort of foods i should be eating? I exercise every night, i skip for about 10 minutes then do crunches and sit ups.. what other exercises should i be doing for healthy weight loss?Also, i don t have time to go to a gym or anything like that, so i need things that i could do at home.TIA.
