Need help loosing weight fast!!!!? -

ok i am 17 and very overweight! i m not too sure how much i actually weigh (i refuse to buy a set of scales until i slim down a bit!) but i do know i weight between 80 - 85 kgs. i havn t got a clue how tall i am but i am definately shorter then most girls my age. I am usually an 14 - 16 in most clothing and i use to be an 10 - 12.vI am hoping to get back to my old weight of 65 kgs. (and i do smoke but am currently in the process of trying to quit.)I currently don t have a job at the moment so money is definately a problem! so i can t really afford any of those advertised weight loss programs or meal replacement programs. To be honest i can t even really afford to buy the right foods to eat or much food at all really.Seeing as i don t have a job i do have quite a fair bit of time on my hands to use up through the day.Please can anyone help me?????

Walking is a good place to start. Walk a little everyday, gradually building up the distance. Remember to take some bottles of water with you and a HEALTHY snack. Like an apple or banana. Try and eat less food. Reduce your meal sizes gradually and slowly. Your stomach will eventually shrink and shrink. And one day you will look in the mirror and all that fat will be gone^^. hang out with friend and dont think on food ...and when you get hungry Take soem tomatoes 2 cut it up in cubes and salt and BE FIT ON SPORT BE THE SHOW OFF:::D act like you know every thing and try try try ...my bf comes from Bosnia and Hercegovina and we went there i weighed about 78 and now i weigh like 63 or so i am 15 and i went with my odler sis to BH to and i was so active and i barley eve ate any rthing

Try spot jogging.

a lot of the time when people think they are hungry, they are actually thirsty, whenever you start to feel hungry have something to drink rather than eating,you need to do more exercise, walking, cycling, doing the housework, just be more active and eat the right foods, just three meals a day and no snacking.Its worked for me, i have lost 33 pounds in the last 9 months, if you lose weight slowly its more likely to stay off!
