You have to burn 3500 calories to loose 1 lb of fat, it is possible, first find out what your BMR is, if its lower than 2000, its impossible, assuming its higher if you keep you diet regimen to under 1500 calories/day, eat almost zero fat (you better get a good CLA supplement if you do that), completely cut starchy foods, workout 4-5 hours a day, get 35 grams of fiber/day, eat 75-200 grams of protein (depends on how much you weigh) and your good. The healthy way to lose the weight is to eat about 6 times a day, workout, and for that extra edge since your trying to lose so much weight is to take a diet pill on top of that. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, and snack on them in-between meals so u dont get the craving to overstuff during any meals. The biggest thing is drink A LOT of water. Water helps clean out the system and will also fill you up. When at the gym do mostly a cardio workout, with a little bit of light weight lifting. I started doing this september, and in about 7 months i lost 60 pounds. Im a guy so i do heavy weight lifting, so the weight should drop off if your a girl a little bit quicker. Its possible to lose a lot of weight, people are just extremely lazy now-a-days.
You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. No matter what anyone may tell to lose that much weight in two weeks is unhealthy. Exercise and cut back on what you eat. But don t starve your self. It could cause health problems later. Use common sense,a little at a time in weight lost is healthy, to much lost in weight over a short time can make you sick.
you can loose it. don t listen to the others. But it really depends on how fat you are. Like, I used to be really fat and lost 15lbs in one week, but I was pretty much fasting. You have to do a 1000 calorie diet and work out for at least 30 each day (sometimes twice a day). It s very hard to do, but doable....Good Luck and stick to it.
Ask yourself this..do you really think you can lose 7.5 pounds a week? Even starving yourself won t, and the weight you lose will be mostly water and muscle.
I am on a pretty strict 1,000-1,200 cal diet and lost 7 pounds in a little less then two weeks.Good luck
