I Need weight loss help!? -

Im 14, 5 4 and 150 lbs. I have allot of extra EMBARRASING body fat...and i need to lose it. I hate exercise, but its the only way. I need excercise tips, and I need eating help I always tell myself to consume a set amount of calories, but then at the end of the day, I gorge, and tell myself to start tomorrow. I always gorge on something bad, and I can;t stop very easily How can I stop, what are some good weight loss tips, and excercise tips?

I suggest that you eat your last meal of the day by 7 p.m.4. Eat smaller meals, more frequently.Follow an eating schedule with five little meals every day. Eating steadily through the day keeps you from becoming famished and overeating at your next meal. Make a low-fat trail mix from raw almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried plum, and apples and have it available at all times to avoid the tempting lure of high-calorie snacks.5. Adopt a balanced approach to your diet.Most of the fad diet programs out there nowadays are extreme in a few recommended foods, or else deprive the body of food altogether. This works in opposition to our metabolism and the results usually don t last, producing a yoyo effect that depresses your metabolic function - not to mention your self-esteem. We are natural beings that need a balance of nutrition from all sources.Your diet should consist of a balance of organic sources of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Instead of white rice and pasta, opt for brown rice, bulgur, millet, or buckwheat.Eat more green, chlorophyll-rich foods such as broccoli, kale, spinach, and asparagus. Eliminate candy, sugar, soda, and all simple sugars from your diet. Excess sugar ends up being stored as fat in your body, which results in weight gain. The important thing for you is not hating yourself for eating too much, dont look down upon yourself because it will only make you consume more calories. Dont rely on your conscience to tell you to start tomorrow because then who the hell knows when you re gonna start. Stick to eating 1500-1700 Calories a day if your female and 1800-2200 if your male. Men have more body mass or weight, because they have more muscle. Try eating 5 small meals a day that have an equal amount of carbs, proteins, and fats. Include lots of fruits and veggies (at least 5 of each a day). Most important is to drink LOTS of water 8, 8-10 oz. glasses a day. It is proven that people who drink enough water weigh less and lose weight easier. Water cleans out your kidneys and makes up a total of 62% of peoples bodies. Aim at losing 2-4 pounds a week, that will ensure that you keep the weight off. Exercise is a pain in the butt. Ask any fit person on the earth they will tell you that at one point they didnt want to go to the gym either. It is something that you have to do to get in shape. Try bringing a music player, reading a book, checking out a magazine, or watching TV if you have access. Mix it up, you dont just have to slave away at the gym. Try some sports, you can work out while having fun. Getting in shape is a complete lifestyle change, it is not something that you can just do whenever, and quit whenever, it is forever.
