Try to balance your carbs and proteins (and fats too) and drink lots of water. Cut out sodas, even diet ones and stick to water. If you can t use the treadmill, maybe you can go for a walk or jog around the neighborhood. Fill up on salads and veggies with your meals so you don t overeat the other things. Nobody ever got fat eating veggies. When you are on the computer you should google exercises that you can do like, lunges, squats, crunches, pushups, GO OUTSIDE, play a sport at school. Get one of your friends to go on a bike ride. It is good to get healthy while you are young because it will be that much easier to stay healthy when you get older. Don t forget to eat at least 1,200 calories each day. Cut out the soda, you will definitely see results fast just by drinking low fat milk and water only. You are 13 go out and play, rollerblade, skateboard, bicycle anything just do it.
