As I was told by a Doctor that you should not eat any types of foods that has flower in them. for the body turns flower into sugar and stores it as fatty tissue. this is the same for potatoes,as to also try to stay away from all sweets, if you drink sodas make sure they are diet sodas or tea with sweetener. as I know this will be hard to do at first, but you can become used to this over time and not crave these types of food you ate before. sure you will miss them, but you can stop from eating them. I know for I have tried this before, but remember it may take some time as to get used to this.but I believe you can make it easy for a short time thing. but do not forget to exercise to help burn the fat faster.
my awnser to ur quistion is there is a pill called dieters cheating pill it will save you fuse of triing but itb is kinda expensive but it relly works and con gates on gratuation day
