Weight Loss Help?!? -

ok...i REALLY need to lose weight! im 5 and 147 pounds!! yeah...i know im fat, there s no need to say it! so...can anyone answer some of my questions?1. what is a healthy weight for me ((im 14))?2. how should i go about losing weight (( i already talked to my doctor...he agrees!))?3.what food should i stay away from ((im a vegan, so i dont eat anything that contains meat, dairy, or eggs))?4. what foods should i eat more of ((so i get all the vitamins and stuff that i need))?5. how long should my workout routine be?6. how many times a week should i work out?7. are there any diets out there that will help me lose weight fast ((so i look good for the first day of freshman year))? oh...and can you make sure that they re free?8. is it true that you should eat 5 small meals a day rather than 3 normal meals?9. any other weight loss tips that you can give me?i really need help with this! i ve been fat all my life and i want it to END...now! all answers are appreciated!

You are only 14! You should not be obsessing about your weight. But, I will give you some tips. 1) You should eat 5 small meals a day.2) Try not to drink your calories (stay away from soda, fruit juices, stuff like that).3) To stay healthy, I would recommend exercising for at least 30 minutes, 3 days a week, and then work up to 1 hour, 5 days a week. Walking is great for this. (Talk to your doctor before beginning any exercise program!) 4) Eat portion sizes only! 5) While you are losing weight, don t eat: fried foods or sweets.6) Above all else: Do not try to lose weight fast ! It won t work in the long run. Just focus, stay consistent, and you will get great results!I don t know anything about being a vegan, so hopefully someone else can help you with that.Ali

hmm....1.i think the healthy weight for you is 45 to 502.You must avoid fast foods....because they contain lot of fats,sleep well,eat at the right time and the right food.3.Fat foods4.1 hour is enough in the morning [cycling or jogging]5.daily.6.eat fruits and eat daily 3 garlic cloves.7.Avoid foods which have fats and bad cholestrol,avoid lots of carbohydrates...drink atleast 3 liters of water a day.....don t over drink.8.its your wish but eat healthy......but eat less and exercise more till you loose weight.9.Eat garlic cloves daily,eat leafy vegetables,even if you can t stay away from fast foods...eat them once in a week but not more than that.Search in googly search to know more.....just type weight loss tips...after loosing weight don t just be overconfident,because you can again become overweight..Last but not the least......patience and willpower is required to loose weight...warning:don t over exercise or don t be in sauna for more than 5 minutes..
