Weight loss tips anyone? -

im 5 7 and weigh 192. i want to weigh like 130 by summer. any tips on dieting and sticking to it. i usually only tend to stick to diets like for 1 week but i go to the gym everyday for school

you should not eat any kind of bread,pasta,rice,potatoes etc.Because of the carbohydrates.You should also try to do cardio workouts at least 2 or 3 times per week.And finally drink plenty of water.

I understand, I also start diets extremely motivated but then my love for food just takes over and I give up.. I think the best way to stay motivated is set a goal for yourself like lose 5 pounds by a certain date..and then another..don t look at your long term goal only you will lose trackits tough to stay motivated, maybe keep a picture of yourself that you are embarassed of and buy a pair of pants that are a size to small..that works for me
