as far as just tips, without a full nutrition prescription, here are some tips.Eat five or six times a day verses three large meals a day. Get plenty of protein. In the morning include at least 30 to 50 grams of protein to start your day. Eat your last meal an hour or so before bedtime. Drink lots of water including a full glass of water before each meal to expand your stomache to save little room for food. When you eat foods containing fat, focus on un saturated fat instead of saturated fats or trans fats. Eat a variety of different foods to ensure you get all your vitamins and minerals.
only way i have lost weight and kept it off is to eat small meals every 3 to 4hrs. usually 300 to 500cals. beem doing it for 5 months and have lost 30lbs. except for the 1st month it has been easy . i don t even want to eat til im full anymore.plan on lossing 5 more lbs and then eat enough daily cals to stabilize my weight. 210lbs down to 175lbs.1. eat about every 3hrs. meal or snack2. drinking water with and between meals curbs hunger3. a little bit of something taste the same as alot(i eat whatever i want.the more calories it has the less i eat.sometimes just a bite.)4.want to lose weight more than you want to eat more5.don t make it a diet but a eating lifestyle change
