Does anyone has any good weight loss tips? -

Im going on holiday in a few months and really need to loose weight fast does anyone have some really really good tips or diets that they know definatly work.please please please

The best method is pushing your plate back as soon as your hunger is satisfied. You do not need to feel full and bloated in order to stop eating. Cut down on junk food and walk daily.

Drink lots of water. Get at least 30 mins exercise per day - walking is best. Cut down on caffeine intake. Make sure you have your daily allowance of fruit and veg. Get into a good sleeping pattern of at least 7 hours per night. Don t eat after 7 and allow 4 hours between your last meal and going to bed.

It s what I did, and there are a lot of good stuff out there like substituting fried/greasy chips with the section in the chip asile that says natural or baked, they re really good and just taste fuller. Also, possibly a golden rule for me EAT ANYTHING THAT HAS FEW INGREDIENTS like four or less, I m not a nutritionist but fewer and more basic ingredients is easier for the body to process. Not only will you look better, you will feel better. (I ve gone off a type of anti-depressant after doing this). Just try it.

Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don t drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). dont eat processed foods. Its hard, I love a good mcDs binge! Get a dog if you can. after my BEST DOG EVER died, i got a border collieX from the pound, she was a ranch dog and 2nd time loser @the pound. She requires so much exercise I lost 10lb the 1st month i had her!!

I don t think it s very helpful saying that it is a daft question. I have just lost 20lbs on weight watchers and now am a great 126lbs ((5ft3)) My Main tips are, fill your plate with mainly fresh vegetables and protein and only a small portion of carbs. Eat 3 meals a day and try to stick to about 1500 cals. If you lose it too fast you will not keep it off.Try power walking and using stairs everywhere, try parking your car further away from wherever you need to go,little changes.Drink plenty of water and snack on fruit and veg. Eat alot of plain chicken, and vegetables. I cut up broccoli, and cauliflower, and baby carrots and put it in a big container, and by the end of the week, I have to finish it. Snack on those all day.Also, you must excersise. And strength train. Lift about 5 to 10 pounds weights. You will lose weight fast if you follow my advice. I can lose 5 pounds a week doing this plan.
