jenny craig worked great for me. sans that...cuz it is expenseive...keep your calories under a certian amount per day. The exact amount depends on your current weight and your sex. (like 1200 for a woman, 1500 for a guy) A doctor can tell you and there are some web sites that calculate it for you (google it) . If you do that and excercise every day....cardio one day, weights the alternate day, you will burn calories, increase you melabolism, and build muscle which in turns burns more fat.Good Luck
