dont trust those links-they take yoour credit card numbers and use it to bill to some more-spammers i hate themeat healthy and try to run a little more- i run everyday see how many calories you burn each day and how many you eattry finding foods with not many calories

I have been overweight my whole life and tried every diet going and the above website is the only thing that has ever ever worked.
May be you do not need to lose weight. You can only lose fat. You seem to me to be a rather lean person with all that training and healthy life, so if you re lean, and have a lot of muscles, there is no way you could get to 20 kg less.
exercise regularly , take fat reducer , then u can try this : add honey and lime in hot water in empty stomach.
