i m 14 years old and i just wanted to lose a few pounds to feel better about myself.i definitely am not going to ask something crazy, like how can i lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks? because i know that its impossible, and i don t want to become anorexic or bulimic or anything. i try to eat healthy and i drink a lot of water. i exercise daily too, even if its only a little bit (i have stuff to do during the day..)i was just looking for a few ideas or tips to follow to help me maybe lose a few pounds, and to just feel healthier.any ideas appreciated (:thanks
