Here are some tips that have served me well:eat slowly/chew more than normal(you will enjoy the food and you will *poop* it out of your system faster- which is good!)put your fork or spoon down (that means on the table!) in between bitesuse a smaller than usual utensil or even a straw for drinks and yogurtdrink water throughout the day. no excuses.don t sit in front of the TV(studies say people who eat while watching TV will eat more than people somewhere free of stress)count your calories. its not as horrible as it seems!put lots of effort into preparing it(don t just open a wrapper and dig in)** if i am eating at home and not on-the-run, i will take my yogurt (for example) and spoon it into a glass dish and make it look pretty. for some reason, i enjoy it moredon t feel obligated to fill your plate or swipe it clean at a restaurant. you won t be wasting food because you could always carry it out. you ll actually save money because the leftovers could make a good lunch the next daydon t eat past 8:00 (if you go to bed at ten)watch portion sizescut your food. no need to take ginourmous bites. it doesn t look right and this rule goes back to the prepare rule. cut it up nicely so the presentation is nice.

You could go walking, use your machines, dont do the same thing everyday..gets boring..makes you want to stop. How are you getting protein being vegan? You are healthier than you think if you are vegan
its all about wat you eat!! Dont take in you many calrise! because thats dont going to help! whatever you eat try to burn it off! Workout in the morning if you can and at night for like and hour! walk run places n stead of talkin a ride! Join a sport and get friends n it! it will make it fun!
this may sound crazy but stay cold-and u r an insperation! i was a vegitarian but only for a week-i lsot 3 pounds which i loved!and when u stay cold ur body works harder to get warm thus,burning calories and dont workout in the morning i heard it isent good for ur heart-it works it too hard trying to get everything ready for the day ahead-May God bless u!
well you need to get protein some how whether you eat a piece of fish or something. stay away from junkfood, that must be it because if your vegan what can you be eating that makes you over weight, why don t you become a healthen meaning you stay away from unhealthy foods. go on a 30 min. walk or run every day that will help you lose weight.
You really won t lose too much weigh all at once, but eat healthy (loads of fruits and water too), limit on how much sugar you eat, use your exercise equipment daily (a different equipment each day), know what vegetables are really, really good for you, and maybe you could get a food pyramid and keep it with you or something like that.Good luck hun.

Believe it or not walking or just jogging around the block a few times really helps.Just do it everyday for about 30 minutes. Or treadmill. =]
