Please dont use laxatives to lose weight, all you wil lose is water NOT fat which you wil immediately put back on once you drink something so it is false weight loss!! Plus, it is extremely dangerous, you will cause electrolyte imbalance which could result in vomiting and muscle fatigue. They also give you severe stomach cramps and you will become dependant on them, having to increase the dosage each time to obtain the same effect. In the end you will not be able to have a normal bowel movement without resoting to laxatives. NOT a nice life!!!In stead, lose weight the sensible weight... if you eat less and exercise more you will naturally lose weight. Cut out saturated fats, bulk up your meals with fresh fruit and veg and have a positive attitiude!! Aim to lose 1 pound a week, then you know it IS fat you are losing and it will stay offGOOD LUCK, hope i have helped!!!
Unnecessary.Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. U cannot however choose spots for reduction.This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight.
