14 years old. Going on Holiday in 4 Months time. Weight Loss tips? -

I would love to lose some weight before my holiday in the sun in November :L lol . Its in a sunny country. so yes, even though its novemvber theres still sun :D Anyway, got 6 weeks off from school now, so figured it would be a good time to start losing some weight . Cellulite on thighs and bum aswell :( Has anyone got any tips for me? Because i started running, but it gets boring after a while. theres no motivation for me ... / ANY tips please?! Really would love to lose weight for My holiday :D x Thanks x

work out, its the best and safest way to lose weight, for a girl of your age you should just run for about an hour a day. if you really wnna lose weight quick you should do situps, this really works your stomach area and runnin works your thighs and your bum.Hope this helps :P

you have to do exercise everyday if u want to loose weight,it might be boring 2 u but just think of the reward . its so worth it also u have to eat sensibly eg,cut down the junk food/fizzy drinks is a never and bread eat little. I went on diet couple months ago and i cant believe how fast i lost the weight ,even building muscles. I think u just want 2 loose the weight and maybe tone little . there is many activities to keep u going as long as u moving,go dancing/swimming etc depends what u like but keep in mind the main thing is to eat healthy and exercise this way u will definitely reach your goal . why not go as a group ,ask ur friends 2 join in so u dont feel bored.

Attach a fishing pole to your head, and put a food you really like on the end of it. Then, when you run, you ll have motivation.

Drink alot of water!!! Also eat alot of fruits!! Dont eat alot of meat! Stay away from sugar and sweets. and instead of running i would trie swimming b/c it uses more body parts.

ok here it is for cellulite:do not. I repeat. Do not buy those cellulite removal products over the counter- they do not work! instead, make your own body scrub by using this method:use loads of salt and olive oil and almond extract mix it all together and use it when in the shower -best exfoliater!!and to tone up those flabby parts of your bodytry and do 20-30 sit ups a day on your bed lying on your back- it may hurt the first time but your body will gradually get used to itand for the arms - all you gotta do is keep busy carry heavy shopping bags or get a 2 litre bottle of water and use them as weights - for begginners.for legs- bicycle, walk, run use the excersize bike/treadmill/ or go on a trampoline.i hope this works- do this every day untill your body cant take it anymore, you ll see what i mean. and try that body scrub - it really works!!good luck and telll me how it goes!x
