Can jogging really loose weight? -

Can it really loose weight? If so, how often one must do it? Is there any advisable time of day to jog? What is the duration? How many pounds will be lost? What other weight loss tip u can give...Thank u very much for the help... Appreciate it...

Yes it can. Time, at least 40 minutes. The most important thing is, at the end of it-- you re dying and your heart is beating really fast (BUT NOT TOO FAST!). But you should feel absolutely exhausted the first few days.If you do not feel beat after your run-- then that means you have not run fast enough, or long enough.If, on the other hand, you are dying after just 15 minutes-- then that means you re running too fast, or have to build up to 40. If you do this you can lose up to 5 pounds per week (only 1-2 pounds of fat though). My last bit of advice would be-- when you find that you can easily do the 40 minutes? Then your body might start to plateau-- at which point-- you have to change up your type of exercise. Go swimming for a while, or sprinting, or bike riding. Never let your body get completely used to your exercise.

Yes u can lose wieght. Lets put it this way... How many fat people do u see running marathons? Just take it at ur own pace and push urself a little bit when u feel u can. Try to jog/run during the cooler times of day. Good luck
