Eat slower--your body needs about 20 minutes to know when it s full.Get in the habit of leaving food on your plate. This way, you condition yourself to not believe you have to eat everything. Drink green tea. It s a great fat burner and fights free radicals in the body, so it is an antioxidant too! Younger looking skin! Don t eat in front of the TV. Your blood goes to your brain rather than your digestive system and stores what you eat rather than processing it.If you have an extra 10-20 minutes (maybe while watching the TV you didn t watch during dinner), do some leg lifts, crunches, squats or whatever to get the blood pumping and the calories burning.It s easy!Good luck!
limited time for exercise is a problem... would you have limited time for brushing teeth, hair bathing and such? It just HAS got to be part of those things. It will help you get everything else done much faster anyway! Trust me.. you must move, dance, cardio, find something and stick with it until it becomes part of you. it is no secret, no tricks just a simple math. Calories in/ calories out. USE the calories you eat, period. I recommend the elliptical...watch a tv show that s educational at the same time and you ve got even more done :)
the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy. diets arent the best for your body and cut back in food. you need to eat proper serving sizes and eat carbs, proteins, veggies, a fruit as a snack and drink a non sugar drink with every meal. drink plenty of water! a glass of water before a meal cuts back on your foods and makes you less hungry. This worked with me, i suggest you get a nutriionist to talk to you. Best of luck and dont give up!
ok, you just have to make the snacks more healthy, like low in calories, avoid the elevators and make your self more active..trust me, it works. also remember 5 small meals is better than 3 big meals in a day..squeeze out a time for workout, 30mins or 15mins exercise will do..
Every body wants to find a quick and easy way to lose weight. But it takes time and a lot of hard work. If you really want to lose weight you will make time to exercise. Cardio is key. Run, run, run, run. Run at lest and hour a day at a high speed. And make sure to eat right. Its very basic information but trust me its what works best!
its difficult to lose weight wihtout working out but not impossible, but you will have to watch your calories very closely, if you must microwave, try to get southbeach diet meals at least. try to find time for exercise though, it ll do you good not just with your weight but also stress levels!

Well you sound like me :P except for the man part. lol! Well moving around more will help...like instead of an elevator use the stairs ect. Drinking water helps along with trying to cut out salt as much as you can. Smaller portions will help too. But the main thing is that you have to stick with it and have the will power.
1 Cut out all sugar.2 eat fruit for breakfast, a salad with protein for lunch, and a full meal at supper3 do not eat after 7 pm4 park as far away from wherever you are going as you can. Take the stairs every chance you have. Carry a small 5 pound ankle weight everywhere.
Sit down and make a list of all the HEALTHY foods / recipes/ restaurant dishes you actually like. When you are hungry, only select meals from your list. The reason this works is because the list is of stuff you actually like.

replace one meal with a salad and burn half of the other calories of each day on the treadmill, i ve been doing it and i lost 20 pounds in a good few weeks.
I find the best method that many models use it eat when you are hungry so when your stomach feels empty. And don t give into craving and work out at least 3 times a week.
put plastic wrap on your belly. it will sweat a lot and thus lose weight.
