I lost 20 lbs in 2 months doing the Atkins diet = no carbs! It s rough at first because you are tired and it messes with your bowels alittle, but if you can get past the 1st week you will drop weight very quickly. Your energy levels will also go way up. You can look it up online to see exactly what you should eat. The bad part is you will probably gain it all back when you quit the diet, but it is the quickest way to lose weight. Right now I am on a simple 1700 calorie diet to lose weight that will stay off and I have lost 7 lbs in a week, but have slowed down now in my second week.

If you are really motivated there are a few things that you can do.First off make sure that you cut out all of the sugar in your diet.Second, increase your fiber intake significantly. This will fill you up quicker.Third, drink large glasses of water before meals to fill you up.Lastly, eat smaller portioned meals more frequently through the day.If you go to the gym, start doing interval training. Fasting is a good way to lose weight. i ve seen significant weight loss from fasting. You have to be very disciplined though for it to work.
Eat balanced diet bla bla bla but walk 2 hours a day (I walked 2 hours a day for 2 weeks, walking to and from a placement for college, and the difference it made in just 2 weeks was amazing) Good luck :)
