First of all drink water everyday. I know its hard to get 8 glasses in a day but just try to get as many as you can because it keeps you hydrated and if you drink water it helps keep you full so you don t eat as much during the day.For food just eat healthy. You don t have to completely drop junk food cuz after a few days/weeks you will probably just end up eating a lot of it in one day. Try to cut carbs a little too. That helps.For exercise start doing cardio. Try biking, power walking, or running a few miles everyday. I had the same problem. You can t lose weight without working out. I went to my university s gym. But you don t have to go to the gym. You can start running around your neighborhood for half an hour. You ll hate it at first, I ll guarentee it, but after a while you ll start to love it and you can increase the time you run. Or even start dancing for an hour a day. Bottom line, burn more calories a day then you take in. So, I know it will suck, but start COUNTING CALORIES. This was the hardest for me. 3500 calories burned is one pound. I used calorie-count.com. It was helpful. After a while, you ll start eating less. I lost 15 pounds last summer. And don t give up! It will be hard to do but if you give up it ll never happen. The hardest part will be to keep with it. But you can do it. If I did it, you can do it. Trust me.
