Weights are good but it s essential you get in some cardio exercises (even if you just start out power-walking) about 20-30 minutes a day around 3 times a week. then move forward and try to do more when you feel ready. change won t be noticable right away but will take close to six weeks. Plus you are still growing so your body is doing weird stuff but it never hurts to get a jump on good healthy habits

hi...when you say weight loss, aim only at fat loss...you really cant lose anything else!eat a small healthy meal every 4 hours and drink only water in betweens to keep yourself hydrated...you can snack on raw nuts and fruits in moderation,but dont forget to exercise...cardio and toning exercises 5 or 6 days/week is the limit...you dont need a gym membership to lose fat...
You re 13, so I wouldn t stress about losing weight. Really. Keep yourself active. Don t spend a lot of time watching TV or playing video games. Play sports, go for walks. Make healthier choices like eating fruit instead of chips or cookies for snacks. Limit your sugar and soda.
Hmm...5 small meals per day. Don t eat a lot of calories... You should at least exercise for 30 min. per day. Don t overdo it and push yourself though! And don t starve and over-diet yourself, if you know what I mean. Just eat healthy! If you re going to choose eatting salads, avoid too much dressing-just a little is fine.
