Out of meats poultry and fish are best.Whole grain multi-grain products are good. Avoid fast food. Avoid butters, margarine s, etc. Avoid anything high in sugar, including fruit juices. If you drink soft drinks, drink diet soft drinks only. Salad is great. Vegetables are very good. Just keep your daily caloric intake significantly lower then it is now. And although this is probably take for granted, no junk food. - cakes, cookies, candy, etc. When to eat. It is best to eat 6 o 8 very small meals spaced evenly throughout the day, but nothing to close to the time you go to sleep.What exercises to do: Just exercise is my opinion. If you are breaking a sweat, you are doing good. Once you have done this for awhile, then see which areas need to be targeted. that s my opinion anyway. Do cardio now, and then target wherever you need to.20 lbs in 2 months is VERY DOABLE, so relax. If you set out to do this, you can definitely do it.Restrict calories and increase physical activity. You can not go wrong.

I can help you. losing weight is a very tough thing to do but no one said it was easy. First you have to watch what your eating. I know you here this all the time from all kinds of people but try and cut out any fatty foods or high calorie foods and replace them with something healthier that you still enjoy. Next if you have a membership to a gym do some cardio workouts on the treadmill or just jog around your neighborhood. Eat 3 meals a day but dont over eat and after breakfast only drink water! Try to cut out any unneeded snacks throughout the day. Also maintain a 2,500 calorie diet every day. I hope this helps.
