Losing weight is simple not to say that it is necessarily easy. It s easy done. Start slowly so you don t feel like quitting after day 1. Only drink water (no other drinks), don t eat junk food but apart from that eat what you normally eat. Start exercising every day - even just a walk. Try to do a few days a week of toning exercises, you can do them in front of the TV. Eg hand weights, push ups, crunches etc etc There are some on this web page: http://www.abc-of-fitness.com/info/fitne��When you can handle that start modifying your diet a bit more. Maybe have smaller portions and change your snacks to low calorie fruit and vegetables. Ramp up the exercise a bit - so if you were walking 30 minutes before how about walking for 5 mins, running for 1 minute, walking for 5 etc. Easy. Little steps - and stick with it! You ll notice a difference in a few weeks. Sometimes it will be tough intitially, but if you can do 2 weeks then it will get easier after that. You won t feel hungry all the time once your body adjusts. And let yourself have the occasional treat!
