I know how you feel. It may take longer for you to lose weight but if you are consistant you will shed weight over time. If you are feeling demotivated try listening to a self hypnosis tape for slimming to give you motivation. I am going to do that it helped my mum who is 55 lose 100lbs in 1 year!

Ummm, I helped my mother in law lose weight, and what I did is instead of having her on a diet I just have her cut all her meals in half and one rule I know is that you can t eat snacks in the night...if you wanna try this one...it really does work. Oh, and keep doing the bike thing, just eat till you feel good enough to work out er whatever...hope this helps:)
Don t give up. Try drinking more water, it could be fluid retention.
