I too give birth 6 months ago but almost 2 months i lost most of the weight, a healthy balnce diet and of course breastfeeding helpme lost the weight and of course exercise ,for almost 3 months i didnt go to the gym coz of the baby and winter ,so i do a home basic exercise which really work for me,sit ups,crunches, flutter kicks side waist bridge(this will help you waist) i do this twice a day ,i started 20 counts then 30..40 each..and also patient and motivation help me.i was always skinny and active so i think that help a lot too.
