Nothing can make you grow taller, Sweetie. Your BMI is 20... very much in the NORMAL and healthy range. You are in the 35th percentile for your age; which is perfect. Really, there is nothing wrong with your body size at all! :)If you want to get more lean, cut down on *junk* foods, drink more water, and make sure you are getting plenty of exercise. Well, I m just 13.I was around 5 2 early this year. I started going to Jazz class starting late February. And in that class, we did so many stretches, they hurt a lot!!!! Over the summer, I had a HUGE growth spurt. And now I m 5 6 . My Mom is 5 6 and I m taller than her now..So I think that Yoga, stretching of the legs, and running will help you get taller and be more leaner..I know I m too young, but I hoped that helped!!
