If you don t exercise, start a bit of aerobic exercise (jogging/running). Start out with 20-30 minutes 3 times a week, if you can.If you drink regular soda, switch to diet. And you can try to do sit ups or ab exercises.I don t know your body type/fitness level/healthiness, but you may want to tell you parents about your desire to lose a bit of weight. They could probably plan more healthy lunches/dinners at home, or even get you a gym membership so you could use weights/machines to work out.And remember, you re already perfect the way you are!
