How to lose weight before the summer? -

I m 5 7 and weigh 130lbs. i need to lose some weight, would ideally weigh 110lbs, and have little will power and am in a boarding school and so have little chance to diet, since everyone is around when you eat and i eat too much food and cant go running - there is no time. if i ate an apple for breakfast and salad for lunch and a cup a soup for dinner, would i lose weight? are there any celebs i can look up to who are skinny? lindsay lohan?

I don t think you need to lose much weight - certainly not 20 pounds. I think that is too thin. My daughter appears to have a healthy weight. She is 15, 5 foot 7 and about 123 pounds. You might want to tone your body while you lose fat. So as you gain muscle toning and strength and lose fat, your weight will change some but don t be too concerned on the number. If you can walk 30 minutes per day (even in 3 10-minute intervals), it would help.I think 1 piece of fruit, a couple servings of vegetables and a processed soup with lots of sodium is NOT enough food. I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
