dont eat less. people think that works but it really doesnt. if anything eat what you can with your breakfast lunch and dinner. and go running alot to burn off what you ate. soldiers do it all the time and it seems to work for them. lay off soda pop and mainly just drink water or juice. i didnt drink soda for a few weeks and i lost some weight just because of that
Eat two meals a day and preferably a salad be one of them. Try to at least eating 1000 calories a day, and burn 230 at gym. You will lose weight, but it WILL NOT be healthy.
go to the gym... works everytime... for about an hour a day.... it ll work... trust me!!
