Does anyone have any weight loss tips? -

I m trying to lose weight, but it s hard. I need some help.I m 5 7 and weigh 210. I ve lost 30 so far, but am having trouble getting more off.I job about 3-6 miles a day (outside), walk where I can, and go to the gym daily for about 2 hours.I eat more or less right. I have some bad things, but none of the stuff with like 4-500 calories. I don t drink pop. I do drink milk (skim), oj, coffee (sweetened with Splenda), and water.What am I doing wrong? How can i get to 190?

Try to eliminate sugars and junk food. Also are you doing weight training in addition to cardio? every body type is different sometimes we just reach a point where we cant lose anymore weight u do not have to be underweight for this happen its all to do with you and your own body. Remeber weight is just a number it sounds like your treating you body right which is the best thing as long as your eating healthy you have nothing to worry about :)

you already lost 30 pounds so your doing something right. How long did that take and how long have you been stuck??maybe you hit a plateau you need to switch things up to keep your body guessing and burning.improving the diet will help a lot, thats 80% of the battle so make some sacrifice. you only have 20 pounds to go! good luck

Eat small meals during the day to keep your metabolism humming.Try healthy meals and snacks, stay away from refined sugars and fried foods, these won t help.Your work out routine is fine, just watch your diet. Don t skip meals and you ll be just fine!Hope this helps.

Cut out all sugar all the time, soda and candy and what not. Try to avoid carbs before noon and drink hot lemon water in the morning before eating a protein rich diet. Your body will use its own store energy (fat) as energy.
