OK for your upper arms lift weights. For your thighs do squats if you dont know what that is its basicly holding a weight in each hand while at the same time squating down and picking yourself back up. Also jogging works well for losing weight all over your legs but the squats work best to burn the fat on your inner thighs. And for a tighter butt do some leg lifts. All the while make sure your eating a healthy diet and drink plenty water! I also reccomend watching excersise videos for proper instruction on how to do the excersises i suggested and for extra tips to help get you those results! Hope i helped (:
30 push ups a day wil tone you upper arms in no time. Give full effort if you really want to see results, less than a 90 degree angle every time! It s hard at first, but it gets easier. When it gets too easy, bump it up to 40 or 45. The more you do, the more it shows. Buying 10 pound weights lifting for a few minutes everyday helps as well!For your booty thighs, deep squats are great. Same as the push ups, 30 a day will get results. Another great thing is laying on your back, with knees bent feet touching the floor. Lift your butt lower back up off the floor hold it for 10 seconds, then let your your back butt touch the ground, lift up again for another 10 seconds.Hope it helped!

you can t just work on certain parts of your body. You have to workout your whole body. First thing you have to do is eat right I cannot stress this enough.
