You should really be careful when dealing with weight loss because you are so young, but here are a few safe/ healthy tips:1. No soda (regular or diet). When a person cuts back soda from their diet, the average amount of weight loss is 10-15 pounds per year. 2. Switch from whole/ 2% milk to skim.3. Exercise! Take a walk, do yoga, dance...anything that will get you moving.4. Park your car in the back of a parking lot...the steps add up.5. Cut back on fast food, fried foods, etc. Even if it s just a few times a week, you ll save yourself so many calories.6. Read labels! Never eat anything with saturated fat or hydrogenated oil.7. Get plenty of rest. You burn about 50 calories every hour you re asleep. 8. Eat fruit in the morning, because it helps get your metabolism moving. Also, always be sure to eat breakfast to help with your metabolism.9. Eat 5-6 small meals through-out the day instead of 3 large meals. It helps your metabolism, and also keeps you from becoming hungry through out the day, which can often lead to bingeing.10. Drink around 64 oz. of water daily!
Exercise is the best thing you can do. To make it fun, see if your parents will get you one of those mini trampolines that you can job on. dont snack if you do eat baby carrots or any other veggies,when you have a meal eat half of what you usually do.exercise all you can ,most important dont go on a crash diet.in no time youll loose the weight you wany oh if you drink soda diet soda only
