Weight loss tips?? -

okay so i am 13 , 4 11,and 140 lbs. i really want to lose weight to get to 95-100 pounds.40-45 pounds. any weight lose tipsi have these diet idk if its any goodcut out 500 calioresburn 500 burn 500 no junk foodwalk avery day aby thing elese I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT !!!HOW MUCH DO U THINK I CAN LOSE BY MARCH 30???any other diet or things i can add??????please help me !!!

you could probably lose around 30 lbs if you are dedicated and dont starve yourself. You are lucky that you are young because your metabolism is working for you. Combine diet and exercise together to achieve your goals. Don t starve yourself, try and eat 4 small meals a day that are high in protein and low in carbs. Eat veggies when you can. Also, try not to eat after 6pm. If you walk home from school walk quickly, don t stroll. Think about investing in an exercise band or a pilates ball to do strength training along with your walking. You don t need to work out for hours a day but consistency is important. And above all, be optimistic and don t give up if you don t see results right away. Good luck!

i would work out if i were you. when you work out your working out your heart it pumps mor white blood cells through your body that will carry the fat out of you, if i were you i would start conditioning before you build muscel mass , conditioning will help you loose weight body building will put muscel over your fat, just so some at home things like push ups, sit ups, jog in place, or go out side and run, buy two dumbells so while your just watching tv you can workout your arms ,
