eggs.. yes.. one of the best breakfast choices you could have.seasonings.. a great alternative to salts and butter.breads.. whole wheat, whole grain, flax, etcdressings.. i just bought some great stuff.. it s Wishbone Salad spritzers! only 10 calories per 15 sprays, so very good calorie-wise. or just choose calorie-wise dressings.. they re good too, but not as good as the first one.potatoes.. are a starchy carb, so not so much.. a small portion is good, but don t overeat them.. and sweet potatoes are much better than regulargreen tea is just generally healthy.. make sure to sweeten it with either honey or splenda to benefit the mostcheese isn t a good idea for losing weight.. but if you want it that bad, there are some healthier choices, such as mozza instead of cheddar.not sure about the butter..lunch meat.. lean turkey or chicken are the best (you can get them in sandwich meat form)grilled chicken would be the best, since it s full of protien.. but salmon is really healthy too. whole wheat tortillas are goodeat baked chips, or whole grain ones.. sunchips are a good idea, but maybe not with salsa lol.. and just check for the health check symbol for the healthiest salsagood luck!!and drink milk.. it s good for creating lean muscleand of course drink lots and lots of water.eat healthy snacks full of protein, such as apples and peanut butter.. good choice. or whole wheat toast with peanut butter is good too.. silhouette yogurt is amazing and only 4 calories. for breakfast, a good one is a yogurt (put it in a bowl) and throw in some almonds and a sliced banana. so delicious, and very good for you.. energizing too!
Cheese is bad, anything diet is good.All meats are fattening.Potatoes are healthy without butter.Seasonings are fine if you use them sparingly.For healthy chips and salsa? Use a vegetable dip Chicken.Eat fish alot, its good for you.
